This is my first attempt at a blog post. After reading Kara, Jo and Leah's on a regular basis, I wanted to create our own for our growing family. I am 17 weeks pregnant and felt my first two kicks last night. I'm pretty sure they were kicks because I've never felt anything like that in my stomach before. It was in the lower part of my belly, right in the center. We are so excited to add a member to our jetsetting life. Hopefully we'll just be slowed down for a little while and then back up and running.
We find out the sex on September 2nd! Brian and I have a doctor's appointment on the 1st and we'll have the doctor write it on a piece of paper. The next day, we fly to Vegas to see my whole family and Brian's whole family. We'll all open the piece of paper together to find out what we're having.
