I can't believe this day is here...His first birthday. This past year has went by so fast. We had a very fun weekend planned for our little boy who his now turning into a big boy. We spent Friday, his actual birthday, with him having playtime in the tub...which is one of his favorite times of the day and then Grandma and Grandpa Boyd came and took him out to dinner at Chicago Fire. We had his party the next day at The Kids Museum and had all of his friends there with their parents. It was so much fun. He had his first taste of chocolate and when he first got his cake, he didn't eat...he just had a blast smashing it between his fingers! Mommy and Daddy had to feed him his cake and ate it all up. He also got so many calls, texts, and messages from all of our friends and family, thank you for helping us make his first birthday so special. January

...One week before Cameron's First Birthday. Brian, Cam and I took a trip to Twain Harte to spend some family time together...and we had so much fun. Can't believe he's almost one year already...and boy do we love him so much. He is starting to give us kisses and hugs, which is the best kiss and hug you could ever receive. He climbs up us when we're on the floor and only has the "open mouth" kiss down so far. It is so sweet even though he gets you full of slober. He's not walking yet, but can pull himself up on just about anything and has stood for a few seconds without falling over.

Cam has had two experiences with Santa so far this December...and both were a hit. Well, he didn't cry but he didn't really smile either. We took him to the mall Santa and then to Del Paso for Breakfast with Santa.
